Examples of artwork. NSFW art examples available upon request or by going to my Bluesky (linked below).

1. Commissions are for personal use only. You may use the artwork for banners or icons, but any commercial use is prohibited. For commercial use, please contact me as pricing is different.
2. I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any artificial intelligence engine is prohibited. I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio. For full non-disclosure, there will be a flat fee.
3. Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit. Specific scenes/fanfiction recreations do not apply to this.
4. Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.
5. I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.
6. Commissions will be completed in order that they are received. There will be an additional charge for rush orders. Commissions will typically take 1-2 weeks to be completed.
7. You will be given a link to Trello, where you can see progression on your commission. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.
8. References help make your vision a reality. If there are no references provided, the commission may be declined.
9. Reposting and sharing the art is okay, and encouraged! But you must credit (@thatsouthernanthem)

Payment

1. 50% of payment is required up front. This is NON-REFUNDABLE. The other 50% will be due upon approved final sketch.
2. Payment is taken via PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.
3. If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch as been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).
4. Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.

By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above.
